BARkeepa TANKard 30 oz Vacuum Insulated Double Walled Stainless Steel Tumbler Travel Mug

This "tankard" is everything you said it was! I needed something to put ice water in that wouldn't sweat all over my furniture. This product was an answer to a prayer. I can now drink ice water all day and the ice stays ice over 8 hours. This product is now my new best friend! Love it!

I loved this cup to begin with. The first week I had it, I filled it up with ice and coke then forgot it in my car for 6 hours in 82° weather in South MS. Came back later that day, it was as if I had just poured that Sonic drink over into my cup. It was nice and cold with all the ice in it. But now, after 2 weeks of use the ice only lasts about 6 to 8 hours. One of my cups (I ordered 2, one for myself and one for my fiancee) has a ring scratched around it from the cup holder in my car.I don't really know why my cup just stopped holding ice like it should, because my fiancee's cup still works great.Every product on the market will have one or two "lemons". All I can tell you is give it a try. Because even if it only holds ice for a couple hours, that's still better than a watered down Coke and definitely worth the money.

I love the body of this perfect coffee mug. It fits easily into my Honda drink holder and although gets quite heavy with 30 oz of coffee it is easy to handle from the bottom (too wide on top for my hands). The only part of this that I did not like was the sipping part. for some reason it dribbled when I tried to drink from it. This was easily remedied as it is exactly the same as the Yeti. I got the Yeti lid from Ace Hardware and now I, literally, have a Yeti coffee mug with amazon prices. It also comes in a 20 oz which might be easier to handle. Oh, btw, the drink really does keep hot!

My wife bought the name brand tankard of the same size and appearance. This one cost me about half as much. We've used them the same way, in the same car to keep coffee cold while we drive, or keep water cold while we hike. The BARKeepa performed essentially identically as the Y*** branded tankard. I've owned it for several months now and used it repeatedly and it has held up without blemish or fail. This is a fantastic buy. Recommended. Oh yes, the included lid fits fine and has a straw hole if you want to use it.

It keeps in the cold fine but the black stuff on the lid started to come off and get into my drink - I always handwashed so no reason it should be coming apart.

My dear husband is a long time Yeti fan, even before the tumblers came on the market. He has the Yeti Roadie cooler for many years and he absolutely loves it. Since then, he has acquired the Yeti Rambler Low Ball and two Yeti Rambler Colsters. The Yeti Rambler series are great, but they are also pricey! Since many other brands have now entered the market with their vacuum sealed insulated tumblers, I decided to give them a try!In this review, I will be comparing this 30 oz. tumbler by BARkeepa to the  Tumbler 30 Oz - Smart Coolers - Double Wall Stainless Steel Travel Cup - Premium Insulated Mug - Keep Coffee and Ice Tea - Now with 2 Lids (Sliding Lid and Clear Lid) . I will not be comparing these tumblers to the Yeti 30 oz tumbler, because we don't own that one (and this has already been done by other reviewers!) I purchased both the Smart Cooler and BARkeepa tumblers at the same time and I have been using them for about a month.Both the tumblers resemble the design of the Yeti Rambler. Both are made of stainless steel and feature a slim base that tapers out and is wider at the top. Both tumblers feature the double wall insulated and vacuum seal technology that keeps drinks cold or hot for MANY hours. I have not tested exactly how long ice stays cold, but I will say that I can pour a mug full of ice water in the evening, and by the next morning, the ice is still there! I haven't noticed a difference in the performance of the Smart Cooler tumbler verses the BARkeepa tumbler. I think they both function equally as well.The BARkeepa currently sells for $22.95 and at this time is only available in the regular stainless steel finish. The Smart Cooler tumbler with the regular stainless steel finish currently sells on Amazon for $24.99 or you can pay $5 more to get it coated in black, pink, or aqua. The BARkeepa tumbler comes with a clear lid with a straw hole. The Smart Cooler tumbler comes with the same kind of lid, but it also comes with a second clear slider lid that can be closed off.My one complaint on both tumblers is that the stainless steel is very susceptible to finger prints. I do wish there was some sort of oleophobic coating or something that would resist the appearance of finger prints and smudges. I think if I were to order another one, I would pay the extra to get the powder coated colored coating.I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review. I am really happy with my purchase. I think both the BARkeepa and the Smart Cooler tumblers rival the quality of the Yeti brand!

Works like a charm. I put ice in it in the 6:15AM and around 4:20PM it still had some of the same ice in it. I work outside so I need something that will keep my drink cold. The price is perfect compared to their competitors and it's great quality.
