To install(see picture): Use the Glock takedown tool[pick it up on Amazon for ~$5] to push out the existing frame pin in your Glock, then push the new longer pin in, adjust the pin so it catches the laser grip. Done!
Please don't try to make it hold zero at gun range! The laser is an affordable solution for close quarter combat/home defense/shit-hit-fan situation. Just know you will hit the spot just left of the red dot in close range. Enjoy!
