Very nice worked well
Had to build an AND GATE for the small light bar for a VW atlas so the scooter rack wouldn’t set off the rear proximity sensors

Surprised at the small size.
Being used to working with power transistors I found that these data transistors can be quite small. Like about 4mm square. Nevertheless, I just needed a few for a project, and at the low price if I burn out a dozen I still have plenty left to experiment with.
