Terrible product. Not good for fruit carving. They’re dull, almost feel like plastic, very low quality. No right or wrong side to the blade. Both sides equally as dull. If you truly use for fruit carving like the pic in this review, I do NOT recommend.

Excellent I love them especially for detailed work. You can slice like paper-thin slices and make sharp curves. Perfect addition to my carving set

This product can not be use for fruit carving. It can only cut water. The blade is unstable it came bent a little an I simply pushed it to bend it back with 1 finger. I am a fruit carver this is not a knife. If you advice from a fruit carver. Do not buy. Amazon should be ashamed.

Cheap, flimsy 'knives'. Appear to be tin or a similar thin metal. Will bend upon impact with anything marginally substantial. They have sharp points and would do if you crash landed somewhere and were desperate to cut fishing line or hack a splinter out of your finger but of little other value. Think I will end up using them on a fruit and cheese platter or for scraping crumbs out of crevices on my counter and backsplash.#saveyourmoney

Carving knife is not good. Very cheap steel. You can get better quality knives for lower prices.

Knives ate dull.. cant carve anything. I WOULDN'T SUGGEST THESES KNIVES!!!
