I love the flavor of the Wicker’s Thicker Barbeque sauce. It goes great with pork ribs, butts, and shoulders that have been grilled and smoked.

My husband grew up eating at the Peck Wickers restaurant. We’ve been using Wickers to marinate meats for over 40 years!

This is a thicker version of the original Wickers marinade, which is vinegar-based and really soaks into meat. I use it on chicken and pork (it actually infuses itself into chicken). I use the marinade before cooking and this sauce at the table. Obviously, one man's ceiling is another man's floor, but I have been barbecuing/smoking for forty-plus years, and this is one of my favorites. It has a ton of spices and flavor, but it is not "hot". It also doesn't have any artificial "smoke" flavoring added to totally screw it up (they offer those, but I wouldn't recommend them).
