LIFE CHANGING!As iv got older (56) my sleep has got worse over the years broken sleep waking 3 -4 times to pee , very tiring and making me snappy and miserable because of being tired during the day and no engery , these have transformed my life within a few days iv gone from going 3-4 times even though I'd stopped drinking past 6pm made no difference what so ever , on how much i was drinking before bed time , these have helped so much I'm getting a good 6- 7 hours unbroken sleep now , reduces the urgency, going just once about a hour after going to bed ,even though I go before getting into bed , they have been a god send, I'm much more alert ,energy and better mood so I cannot rate these enough , highly recommended for OVERACTIVE BLADDER
