Review: Not for the Dewalt but probably a good product. - I am not giving this a bad review, only reviewing it for the Dewalt Track Saw Owners. It does work but I would highly not recommend it. There is just a tad bit of play in it and since you have to flip the track upside down to put this piece in, you cannot see how the track is aligned up top. And just when you think you have it perfect, lay it down on a straight edge and you'll see it will be bowed because the ends of most tracks are not perfect. I would not recommend joining the Dewalt tracks together with this piece, or at all. Just buy a longer track. Now with that said, this is a very nicely machined piece of metal and I'm sure it works as intended for Festool guides. You use two of these on the current generation of guide rails. I had no trouble getting the pieces to align and snug up everything tight.
