not as natural as i had thought or had hopped. its not terrible but if you watch your ingredients you may want to check the other ingredients to be sure there isn't anything in here you would not like.

I have no idea how this product is helping with my bone density since I'm not a doctor. But I take calcium along with magnesium to help as a sleep aid and also with cramps. So far this calcium seems to be doing the trick! The pills are average size, easy to take, and I don't find their taste or scent to be offensive like other calcium supplements I have taken in the past. I have always had issues with pills getting stuck in my throat, but that doesn't seem to be an issue with this supplement!

Warning be careful this product will affect your hormones. The Lignan in the product can increase estrogen and cause issues.

I am taking all the reviews at face value and rating this positively.I only blame this on myself, because I didn't read closely enough to see that this is not a vegan product. We are still in a minority, but a large enough minority that it would be helpful for the label to more clearly state "formulated with egg shell" or "not a vegan product," or some such, perhaps as products do when listing allergens.

I gave these a four star rating. I don't notice any difference and won't know until I have another bone density test. My doctor told me to take two tablets instead of one because my bones needed more calcium. If I have another test, I will update my review to see if it helped.

The box to this came a little messed up, but the bottle and pills inside were perfectly fine! The product even gives a website to go to so that you can check their business out which is bewhole.comI don't necessarily need these supplements, yet so I can't say if they have improved my bone health, but my family history shows that I will probably need them in the future, so I decided to start early and maybe help myself now! I haven't had any side effects from them. So that's great!

The product already expired when I received it. I hope I CAN GET A REFUND.

Not sure if this is going to work. But the pills are kinda uncomfortable to swallow. I've read great reviews about this product and excited to feel results. I've broken my femur and needed a well rounded multivitamin to help repair my bones.
