Losing weight slowly but surely. Also, IBS sufferers take note...
I would have given this five stars but I'm not losing as quickly as I would have hoped, given the PR out there. However, I am losing pounds and this LiveTru brand does not give me the heartburn other brands do. I like it very much. A side bonus is that it helps with IBS. I tell my friends that that is worth taking it even if I didn't lose a pound!

I have used Garcinia Cambogia Max 75% HCA for several months. I have found that when I follow the directions (2 pills, 20 minutes before each meal) and eat normally, the pills help me to slowly lose weight. When I say eat normally, I don't mean healthy! I'm a snacker, and this helps me to keep the weight off. And when I combine the Garcinia Cambogia regimen with a diet (Weight Watchers) I definitely find that I lose weight at a much quicker rate than I do when doing Weight Watchers alone.When researching the product, I read that Garcinia Cambogia is really only effective when the HCA amount is higher than 60%, which I found to be the standard amount of HCA in most brands. 75% HCA is not as common and is much more expensive when you try to get the brands that the "celebrities" use.It is very reasonable priced by LiveTru Nutrition and I have been very happy with my results.

Works great!!!
I used to use this product at the 60% version and that worked really well. This new 75% version works even better. After the first week I was an 8 pound loss. In the last two weeks I have seen another 15 pounds come off. I was skeptical when I first started trying this product but it definitely works. I don't do anything extra at all and the pounds still come off. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for help.
