Review: Works as it should - I was very excited to receive this as I love Vietnamese coffee and hadn't had it in a very long time. This is easy to use, comes with instructions (in English) and cleans up very quickly. I was a little confused because the insert screws down, but that's not how you use it. Of course the instructions don't say anything about that. Suffice to say, you unscrew the insert to use it the first time or if you're packing it away. Other than that, just set the insert on top of the spindle and pour the hot water. Also, I find that it takes longer than the time stated on the instructions for the coffee to brew, so it's not very warm by the time all the water soaks through. I just pop it in the microwave for 30 seconds, so it's not a big deal. Just wanted to let people know what to expect. Best of all the flavor is fantastic and now I can have Vietnamese coffee any time I am so inclined. It's also very inexpensive for what I consider to be a delicacy. Good deal all the way 'round.

Amazing product! The coffee is comparable to any pour over/drip devices. And it's so tiny and cute :) I bought it so I could travel with it, (which won't be for a while, pandemic...u kno...) but it feels like it will be able to withstand being jostled in my luggage.
