Definitely as advertised. Having tried several other supplements to support combat adrenal fatigue and mental alertness, this works beautifully with no side effects. I take one and I'm alert and focused for three hours.

I have taken this product for the past 2 days now and notice absolutely no difference, in fact I have more clarity after drinking a cup of coffee. I only gave it 1 star because I can't give it a 0 star. Don't waste your money!
