Update:Unfortunately, the most recent bottle purchased (summer 2022), was not fresh and I had to initiate a return. I'm not sure where the problem is in the path of transit of the product. It could be poor storage / handling in the Amazon warehouse. It would be great if the Vegetology company could establish a US based production facility to cut down on transportation and storage time.Original review:> The Vegetology brand Vegan Omega-3 EPA & DHA arrived quickly, in excellent condition. It came hot from the weather. Hopefully it didn't degrade the benefits of the vitamin.

Die Kapseln sind sehr gute Qualität. Der Versand hat diesmal etwas länger gedauert (einige Tage).Was gar nicht geht, ist die Verpackung: Jede (Plastik-)Pillendose extra in Plastik verklebt, sodass man nicht nur ewig braucht, um den Artikel "freizulegen", sondern auch ein unnötiger Haufen Plastikmüll entsteht. Die Gel-Kapseln brauchen nicht extra geschützt zu werden, und auch die Dosen gehen nicht so schnell kaputt! Bitte ändern Sie diese unnötige Verpackungspraxis!

Decent dose of DHA in this omega 3 product. (In fact, was surprised to discover that this one even contained slightly more DHA in it than even the Udo's Oil which I used to take, which was also a good product, but very expensive for how long it lasted!) The Udo's oil also had to be refrigerated, so wasn't the type of thing you could bring with you for portable meals either, but this one is nice and portable, so I can even get my omega 3's in when I'm out and about, as this being in softgel form, plus and the well designed packaging keeps the oil inside away from the sunlight and fresh from spoiling! So that was a nice added advantage also from a convenience point of view!But generally, what impressed me more about this particular one is that as a vegetarian, I have found that most of the omega 3 products for vegetarians tend to be all EPA and virtually zero of the DHA component the body needs, as they tend to be flaxseed based only. So was really glad to have found this company, as I didn't really want to have to resort to taking fish oil in order to get the DHA part I was missing. But I really like this one, It's a top quality product, and there is no bad taste to these at all. Taste-wise, You don't even notice you're taking them, and the ingredients are all pretty decent aswell. Even the gel part that encases and protects the omega 3 oil inside is 100% vegetarian, without even the hint of anything unhealthy or full of sugars in order to encapsulate them, (which in itself I have previously found hard to find these days, even in simple stuff like vitamins) so I am generally very impressed with this product, and I'll definitely be buying more! (So please don't ever take this one off the market, or I'll be one p***ed off dude!) lol. But anyways, well worth the 5 stars, and more! WELL DONE, AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

Some people complain that you have to take two which is actually mentioned in description. It is good, probably best quality to quantity product on market. Every other brand put lower amounts of DHA and EPA in their product and they also want you to take two pills as dosage so see no problem with it at all. Not sure if it helped with something tho, as I am young my body is strong and have not so many health problems.

Da ich kein Fleisch esse, supplementiere ich Omega-3. Ich habe vorher ein anderes Omega-3 genommen, da ich aufgrund von Produkttäuschung nicht gemerkt habe, dass nur DHA enthalten ist. In diesem hier ist EPA & DHA enthalten und m.M.n. auch in einer guten Dosierung. Es ist sein Geld wert und ich werde es auch weiterhin kaufen. Die Wirkung lässt sich natürlich nicht so ohne weiteres nachweisen, aber ich bin zuversichtlich, dass die Kapseln ihren Dienst tun.

I was told to take omega 3 by my ophthalmologist, hence I have tried many omega 3 oil products over the years. This product is one of the better vegan omega 3 oil products available on Amazon but it is not cheap. But it is worth paying the additional few £s for the health benefits. Good alternative to fish and krill oils.
