Having Issues
I taped around the area where the car needed attention. I sanded it, and cleaned it properly. Then I sprayed primer. Let it dry. Then applied the color, and let that dry. Then applied the clear coat, and let that dry as well.Here's my issue. There is a raised square where I made the repair. Do I need to spray without the tape? Its raised as well about 1-2mm. Should I sand it, and just spray the color and clear coat? Any ideas would be great.The color does match, just not satisfied with the process after watching videos.

Not Wind Chill Pearl Color!
The color does not come close to matching. When I contacted customer service they requested a bunch of information designed to make it difficult to comply with their request. It's simple. Buy the product, apply per the instructions. Color should at least be close. Do not buy from this company!

Note to TouchUpDirect: Wind Chill Pearl is NOT white
Not even close on the color. Would have had the same result if I bought white truck paint from NAPA. Very dissapointing
