Both Type Back Support are very good and makes one comfortable
It is bit difficult to put on the Shoulder/Back Support, but the waist band gives great comfort.

Didn’t seem to do what it was supposed to
When I saw this posture corrector on Amazon, I thought it would be ideal for my daughter who suffers from tight muscles and upper back problems due to her bad posture. She has a habit of rounding and stooping forwards at the shoulders and has had to have treatment from an osteopath who said that the root cause for this was her posture. The more you around your shoulders forwards the more difficult it is to then stand correctly with your shoulder blades back and down because the muscles are at the front become shortened and it can feel unnatural to stand upright as you should.When we tried out this posture corrector, we just couldn’t seem to get it to fit properly or comfortably so that it actually applied tension in the right places. We adjusted it so that the straps lay in the position indicated in the instruction booklet, but nothing seem to happen, and when we tightened it further, all that happened was that the back part road up higher between the shoulder blades and there was no pulling back effect on the shoulders. My daughter also said that the padded part of the straps that goes around the front of the shoulders and under the arms were very wide and uncomfortable and made it difficult to relax her arms down beside her body.We were disappointed that we couldn’t get the strap to work as intended. It seems pretty well made, although the end of the straps where the Velcro part is could end up irritating the arm if they lay near it as the corners aren’t the softest.I’m sorry that I can’t write a more favourable review but I had to be honest!

Good posture corrector
It's a pretty light posture corrector so you don't have to wear a big warm one. My previous one was much bigger so I couldn't wear for long but this one is still capable of doing it's jobs without overheating its wearer. It's comfortable, puts pressure where it needs to and helps a lot with my backpain. After pregnancy I just felt impossible to go back to my previous good posture as when I'm holding my child I 'stick out' my hips and belly(similar to pregnancy) so I can sit my baby to my hips. But that just puts so much pressure on my back. Add some uncomfortable night sleep or lack of and I was nearly crying of the pain I felt. This posture corrector helps me to stay in good posture and still be able to hold my child. And still not overheat me(I think that is because of the hormones too as I haven't had to wear a lot of clothing and I feel hot all the time but still it's good to know). It can be really good for office job as well as it can be really bad for the back. I recommended this to my friends already who are working from home at the moment and complaining about back pain

Helpful reminder to keep good posture
As I don’t have the best posture and rounded shoulders, I decided to give this Knightley Rose Posture Corrector a try. I sit at a desk all day and was hoping this product could help me keep good posture.This posture corrector is easy to put on and to adjust. When I have it on I feel that my upper back is supported and my shoulders are unable to slouch as much. At first I thought they weren’t the best because they felt pretty uncomfortable, but that is exactly the point – the discomfort is there only when you are slouching so it reminds you to straighten your back and shoulders.I know posture correctors are only part of the solution (exercising is also important) but I think they do a good job of helping you to be aware of your posture!

Firat time since a very lomg time I finally don't have back ache
Today is the second day I am using it and from the moment I put this on I finally feel relive!! I have pretty big boobs and currently have few extra pounds on, so i tend to slouch when sitting at the desk (and I have an office job and spend lots of hours in front of computer). This corrector makes me sit in the right position no matter what and puts pressure in places that gives me a big relief. You do have to fiddle it a bit to put it in the right position (the one in the picture is not exactly the right one, but I wanted to show how it looks like). At the moment I wear it on and off for few hours. Really happy I finally got it :-)

Good & sporty
This is a good posture corrector. It feels more sporty, maybe geared towards weight lifters??? It’s not very bulky but I feel like it would be noticeable under a shirt. I mainly wanted it for correcting posture while doing office work from home and feel it’s ok for this. It’s a good quality and I feel it will last a long time.
