Ladysmith a story well worth a full second read because it is just that good!!
So I love to read! Ladysmith was my 200th read of 2014!Here is the thing~ In those 200 eBooks I have only want to re-read one~ Yes, that is right, Ladysmith~Roxy and KL rocked the story in this fantasy Fae/Mere world. I was so intrigued about how they fit the complete story together, piece by piece, and at times you think I got this figured out, I know where the story is going! Wrong! It turns in a way better than your own thoughts have conjured up. Hey, how many times does that happen when you are reading a great lesfic? So, here is the clincher for me about this book. We all read lesbian romance, fantasy, sci-fi, mystery, medical, and etc… Why, because we want to read how the two main characters finally realize and make the soul mate connection. Plus, we want to live vicariously through their hot and sexy physical fusion;”The heating and liquefying something: the molten state of a substance, or the change it undergoes to become molten”, shall I say anything more? I have enjoyed so many of these fusion scenes throughout my reading enjoyment, BUT, I think Alex and Rohanna win hands down!! (no pun intended), the way Rhavensfyre unites Alex and Ro is still scorching my mind. So, if you want to be enthralled, captivated, and charmed read “Ladysmith” by Rhavensfyre today, you will not be disappointed! Hey, I am starting again right here prologue, “Bellaria, you have betrayed Faerie for the last time. Your greed and jealousy have led to unforgivable acts.” ….. Keep reading…..

Their Love Will Not Be Denied!
It is a mystery to me how KL and Roxy Rhavensfyre are so quickly able to draw me into their stories. In no time at all the world fades away and I am immersed into a world of their making.Rohanna held me captive as I watched her suffer as a child, my heart bleeding, so frightened for her safety. I was with her as she grew into a beautiful, competent woman, setting about claiming her birthright both known and unknown. Facing a prophecy she knew nothing of, destined to fulfill long before birth. With rapt fascination I spied on her first meeting with Alex. I truly felt the awareness of each other build and grow, some questions answered as new ones formed. My eyes and soul devoured this book, I could not read fast enough. I would stop and slow myself down but before I realized it I was racing again. As I surrendered to their Fate, I found myself begging and pleading for more, to go faster. My need growing as quickly as the passion these two Otherworldly women shared. As things turned bleak my heart beat faster still, dreading what lay ahead but unable to tear myself away. I moved from chair to chair then pacing the patio, not hearing my dog's whines for a game of tug-o-war. I was so caught up in the plight of these two brave souls. While I could not wait to finish this story, I was saddened to see it come to an end. Nothing in the world had changed in my absence yet I had just been on a wondrous journey. I feel like something Earth shaking has occurred for me.I have come to expect no less from Rhavensfyre. To learn more about the authors find them on their facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/CharactersofRhavensfyreThis is a f/f book

Fairytale...
Once in a while I like to indulge myself with a story of fantasy. Escape into another world... Rhavensfyre promise of just that with Ladysmith did not disappoint. The story is set in our timeline, which makes it fantastic. The elements of a true fairytale are all there. The evil stepmother, the safe grandmother, the endurances our heroine has to overcome, it is all there. In Ladysmith. Rhavensfyre have a way to get me hooked on their stories. They deliver fantastic images with their words and phrases. They deliver a great story with wonderful characters... They offer me an experience I want to go on and on, that's why my only regret is that their stories are not longer!

A golden story to lose yourself in.
The magic definitely comes from within this book. A fairy tale about the intertwining worlds of the Fae, the Meres and the humans. The characters developed perfectly. You learned about them as the story went on and it never felt rushed. The story draws you in immediately. It's almost like the story enchants you with this magical world. I was feeling a mixture of emotions as I read through it. It had everything. It had humour, love, drama, betrayal, dark evil and a lot more. I loved the intensity between the main characters. I became instantly attached to Alex and Ro. Two women that you are going to love. This is an awe inspiring story. If you are looking for a story to lose yourself in, this is the book for you.

An intricate web is woven
Like a spider's deadly web our attention becomes entangled in a sturdy of innocence overpowered by decent. The details woven expertly by the Rhavensfyre draws you into a world once forgotten but so believable that you'll never look at an equines beauty without wondering. if they might be...but no that's impossible. If you can, get lost in the Text To Speech version of this fantasy. it allows you to savor each word with all of your senses. I initially attempted to read this book using eyes dimmed by cataracts. I miss too much and put it aside in frustration. I wanted to wait until I could see again. A friend reminded me that my Kindle came equipped with TTS. I highly recommend that you choose the format of choice but having someone read these words allowed me to embrace the fantasy, magic, and mystery my eyes refused to see.

Started OK but got squirrelly towards the end
I enjoyed the first 2\3 of the book. Ro and Alex were a couple of nice women brought together by fate. The journeys into fantasy were interesting. The supporting cast were interesting as well.I started getting "lost" when the author tried to bring in the dark magics.
