I really do want to love these containers because not having my food run into each other makes me happy. However, the boxes feel thin and not as well sealed as some of the other reusable containers I have seen from take out restaurants. On my first use I tried snapping the edges together and ended snapping them together a little too hard. I cracked some of lids at the section corners. I know these boxes are microwave and dishwasher safe however I am hesitant to do both just based on feel of the plastic. I will continue to use these containers for as long as I can but I don't believe these are the final solution to my bento box search.

So about a month ago i made a conscious decision to start eating healthier and start working out.i always struggle with portion control so when i saw these plates on my amazon and saw that there was a meal plan ebook included i thought i scored! My boggest issue is meal plan so i figured great. When i received my order there was no book in sight. For a week now i been using these plates annd i have to say i hate the lid its hard to open.its not like most tupper ware cover that are soft and easy to open.this one is not flexible at all.so yesterday i warmed my food in the microwave and always make sure the lid is open halfway and this is what i got! It bent and cracked..ive only used one out of the 12 plates and im not thrilled to use the other ones..im going to contact amazon to get a refund

So, two lids came with cracks in the side that rendered them useless. The containers themselves were in good condition on delivery, but my clumsy self broke one. They are dishwasher safe (which I have tested and found to be accurate) so it's not to not have to hand wash each of them individually. the compartments are a good size and hold enough for a full meal. Once I'm a little more "into" meal prepping, I may spend some more money to get higher quality bento boxes, but these are fine for the time being.

Great price and great quality containers!! I was able to cook for a whole week and stored them in the freezer. I'm giving it 4 stars because some of them broke after a few days in the freezer. But for fridge storage, it's perfect!!! Holds way too much food that I should be eating!

They get the job done, portion sizes are great, and they stack well, but there are a couple huge issues with them. They certainly are not leak proof, which is a huge bummer and why I bought this one in the first place. I haven't even been prepping meals with lots of liquid, but something as simple as the juice from a chicken breast will leak right out (photo attached). I had to buy an easily washable lunchbag to go with this just to deal with constant leaks. Also, a couple of mine chipped within a week of having them (photo attached) and not even because they were banged around; they didn't even leave the house. The chips don't harm the function (yet), but they're still a disappointment. I wish I bought another brand.

These are as described. Larger than I thought they'd be (deeper) so they hold a large portion of food. I bought them to take prepared meals to a housebound family member. They work exactly as I'd hoped. Dishwasher washed a once each so far, still look like new. The plastic is much thicker than I usually get from take out places, pretty decent quality for what you're paying for them.

I have purchased 2 sets as gifts. My sister just loves these for leftovers. She especially likes the lid having a space above the food. She says it doesn't mash down the food. I got the other set for a friend that saw the first set, she loved them so much she wanted a set too. Yes I would recommend this to buy and will probably order again.
