My figure arrived in the expected timeframe. I was a little unhappy that when I unpackaged her, I found her head rolling around at the bottom of the box. When I took the head out, I noticed that the headphones were damaged. Otherwise, it's completely fine. There are a few paint marks and stuff, but it's not really noticable. This figure is a castoff, however. her blouse is hard to take off. Also, for mine, the head is loose.Sculpt 5/5Paint 4/5Overall 4/5
