These are nice pencils. I love the container they come in. It makes them easy to store and use. There is just about any color you might need, including gold. I used these on a small sketch pad I have and while I didn't find them great for sketching- they did a good job in my adult coloring books. As far as the pencil itself, it is nice to hold. The lead didn't break, and the colors are pretty. I found these to be lighter, but maybe I wasn't pressing hard enough. I kind of like that, I am able to control it better that way. It goes on the paper smooth, almost crayon smooth. If your looking for a nice set of pencils, these are nice. I like them!
