Fit Flour Gluten-free Flour (3 Lbs.)

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this flour! My family has been gluten free for many years now and I could never get the right taste or texture making my own mixture. It was either to dry or just didn't taste right. I was so tired of it. After using this, I have no worries about replacing this flour with anything that calls for 'wheat flour'. Because I know that it will taste great and I don't have to worry about anyone complaining about their "tummies" hurting in my family anymore! That in itself is a huge accomplishment!. In my daughters words... This is the best flour I EVER had!!!

Used "fit flour" for the first time today. Tried it with our favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe from America's Test Kitchen. The cookies came out great both in taste and texture. The only thing I noticed was that they spread a little more on the cookie sheet (as opposed to using all-purpose flour) but that wasn't a problem for us. The hubby and kids ate them without complaint, which is not an easy thing with gluten free baking. Looking forward to trying it with other recipes.

I ordered this flour because I was in need of a gluten free flour for baking deserts for some friends. I've had gluten free baked goods before and they are always just "ok". When I use this GF flour, it tastes like regular flour and has a great consistency. The best thing is you can use equal portions to flour (cup for cup) so you can use any regular recipe. Love love love this flour, I wont use anything else for my GF needs.

Finally found a flour that bakes like regular flour...All four of my kid are gluten intolerant and have been limited on what they can eat. We bought this flour and when on a cooking/baking spree. Cooking, pancakes,caps ect... my kids loved it. They finally they can enjoy food. Thanks a ton to the creator of fit flour
