Seem to be of decent quality for anyone that might interested in the smaller size. They will be of limited use for me personally as I am interested in longer length material I can tie and use for varying ranges of motion.You will receive four ten inch resistance bands/loops having different strengths each. These are quite small and appear larger in the photos viewed.There was a slip of paper included directing to GoFit/GOFIT.com to learn about "proper forum and techniques".I purchased these discounted about 60% to around $20. They certainly are worth no more if that in my opinion.

I'VE USED BANDS SUPPLIED BY PHYSICAL THERAPISTS AND THEY WOULD SNAP AFTER 3-4 USES. THESE HAVE LASTED A MONTH AND ARE STILL GOING STRONG. BEST ON THE MARKET!

Band broke during first usage . So incredibly disappointing as they appeared to be pretty sturdy. Returning the item ASAP though I'd rather keep the others to see if it was just a freak thing or a faulty item. Bummed.

I bought these bands before on the GHI website and was thrilled to find them on Amazon so I could have spare set. These bands are made of high quality material: thick and even. I bought a loop band before I got this set that was so thin that I was afraid it would break if I used it. They stretch and contract smoothly. I like that they come in a set of 4 different resistance levels so I can easily vary my workouts. I also love that they are so portable. I can make sure that no matter where I go I have my "home gym" with me. An excellent product!
