Very impressed! Excellent dough
I’ve tried lots of different flour for when making pizza at home. I used this brand previously (the red and the blue bags) and through the dough was good, however, this is the first time using this particular flour. It turned out amazing, it was very light and airy. I hadn’t used the pizza oven in a while and they turned out amazing. Will be buying lots more but hoping to find somewhere which sells it cheaper!

Higher hydration, crisper crust
I would normally use a "00" flour for pizzas but thus one is a "0" which means it can take a higher hydration which leads to a lighter crust I'm impressed

Very short use by date!
Have bought this before and the date was long.Only realised when I got it out today and opened it that the use by date is August 2023! So just over 2 months!If I’d have seen this before opening I’d have sent it back!Really not happy paying a premium price for something I need to use within 2 months!
