I did a lot of review reading and looking before settling on this chair. I ordered it on Friday received it the following Tuesday. Shipping was amazing.I unpacked this by myself and rolled it into the house by myself. I did not have to put anything together like I had read. It is heavy but I am stubborn and wanted it set up when the wife came in. Now for the chair. It is amazing. I have just had it for 2 days so I do not know everything about it. But what I do know is if you ever thought about one of these chairs, do it. As for the con.. just one that I know of. The foot rest extends but you have to keep pushing on it with your legs. It is not fixed. I am 6'2" my wife is 5'4" it wouldn't accommodate a much taller guy than me.

My wife and I bought this chair directly from Titan one week ago without any regrets. The worst part of the experience was getting the chair up to the third floor where we live.Pros: price, value, quality, silent, programs, zero gravity, L track.Cons: In the healthcare mode, the rollers will transition from the lumbar and cross over the pelvic bone into the glutes and upper thighs. This transition is very brusque and we were both bruised by this. Later we realised that we were fighting the rollers and learned to push our pelvis forward. Not only did this help with the intended massage, but really help with restoring the proper curvature of the lumbar and tailbone. Not entirely a con and more of a heads up. The controller could be more intuitive. The thumb joystick's use is not very clear.The programs are all fantastic. I have found that I enjoy it the most at its lowest intensity settings and strength. The airbags only program is exquisite when you just want the compression therapy it provides. A great stress relief therapy.The heated lumbar is also nice, although I'm not using it as much as I expect to during winter. There are many ways to isolate or combine different techniques and therapies for a very diversified massage or to hit problem areas on a day to day basis.Overall. We are extremely satisfied with this purchase. We tried many chairs out before buying this one. Including many 2 to 3 times its price. If you want a very light massage only, I'd recommend the Osaki over the Titan. They are both made by Osaki and have their logo, but the Titan is known for having some deep tissue capabilities along with being able to reach your glutes and thighs. Overall, more versatile.
