This book does not rely on you understanding anything about specific cloud technologies; it really is more a high level guide, especially in the early pages, for how to think about IT strategy in general, and how that relates to transforming an organisation and its IT function to make use of the cloud.I strongly recommend this book to any CIO or IT architect wanting to move some or all of their functionality to the cloud, and also to other senior executives in an organisation wanting to move to the cloud, to really understand what the impact is on the whole organisation.
