Very nicely built and delivered without dents. Delivery company failed to record properly the delivery date, so please call to confirm in the AM to be sure (if you are TAKING A DAY OFF OF WORK!). They made good on it when we called at 2:30 PM and had a van rush them over around 5PM.One star off for only one set of swivel casters per unit. I would pay another $50 for all swivels.The top rubber pads are VERY smelly, wouldn't put these inside. I put on our roof for a month, will check to see if smell has subsided.Inner pads are a thin foam material and do not smell bad.The locks are a bit wonky and don't always engage. I would not depend on them.

This is perfect for my needs and loads less expensive than a top brand chest. If you're a homeowner, crafter or tinkerer and looking for a medium duty tool chest this is a great choice. I like that all of the drawers are deep, as I'm storing things in it that are taller that screwdrivers and wrenches. The drawers slide well and the lock is secure. The wheels are MASSIVE - very heavy duty and roll smooth. I have it loaded up pretty good and drawers and rollers still move easy and smooth. When it arrived, I pulled out the drawers and without the wheels on yet, was able to get this into the basement by myself using the cardboard box and moving blankets as a (careful) slide. If you're a mechanic and need a daily use chest for hard duty and want fancy features, you might want to bust out another $500-1000 for a top end unit. But for me this is perfect.

This unit is very heavy and well constructed. My only reason for not giving it five stars is that the detent for the closed position is not very well defined and it never seems that the drawers are fully closed. There is always a slight gap between drawers.

If you want something to handle heavy tools, you need to spend more for a heavier cabinet. For our use, however, this works just fine. We left the wheels and push bar off, built a counter top over it and my wife is using it for storing her pots and pans. Those big, easy rolling drawers work great in the kitchen.
