**Q: What are the timer settings? My wall hanging didn't come with any paperwork or instructions. I have figured out the light sequences, but not timer.**
A: The timer function is when you press the 'timer' button, it will stay light on for 6 hours, then turn off, and automatically turn on again for 6 hours at the same time tomorrow. But I need to remind you that the 6-hour timer function consumes battery power faster, and if the battery runs out, it will not light up automatically.

**Q: What size button battery???**
A: I’m sorry, I don’t know. It was a gift for my granddaughter. I do know she loves it

**Q: What are the recommended picture sizes for this display? What would be too large?**
A: This hanging photo display can display 4×4 or 4×6 size photos.

**Q: Our lights aren't turning on. Anything I can do to get them to work?**
A: this was bought as a gift and as far as I know they've never had a problem with it.  If you still have the papers to this wall hanging give them a call or an email and see what they say.
