He’s a straight-laced type A with a by-the-book attitude. She’s never followed a rule a day in her life. It’s true opposites attract, but sometimes the consequences can be deadly. Shawn keeps everyone on Team Rogue in line. Organized. He thrives on order. Lives and breathes rules, expectations, and schedules. But the tornado of a woman he picked up in Ohio threatens all those things. Heidi Rucker does more than turn his life upside down. She spins it on its head, making him fight to keep his bearings. The woman is unruly. Unmanageable. Rowdy. Perfect. But bringing her to Alaska might have been a mistake. One that could cost Shawn something he never realized he needed. **** From the minute she spotted him, Heidi knew she wanted Shawn Greer. The tactical gear. The beard. The scowl he usually wore. He was freaking irresistible. But there was more to Shawn than she expected. It turns out the man isn’t just a pretty face attached to a ridiculous body. His intensity is addicting. His focus intimidating. Being with someone like him would take commitment. Dedication. And neither of those have ever been her strong suits. Heidi’s never been a long-term girl, let alone the forever type, but there’s a first time for everything. Unless her forever gets cuts short. Review: Heidi and Shawn - Oooh... the intensity of this storyline kept me on the edge of my seat the whole time! Between the old dangers to the Alaskan Security operations, and now the unraveling of the lies kept about Shadow, Zeke, and GHOST, I could not stop reading. Heidi is a fantastic character and I enjoy her "live out loud" way of life. She set her sights on Shawn, and that was it. They are great together and their sizzling chemistry is fun! I cannot WAIT for more of this storyline! Very entertaining and addictive, I highly recommend binge reading this series. It's soo good. Review: Shawn you can call me Kitten anytime! - Little did I know when I started reading this book that Shawn and Heidi would tie for my favorite couple with Eva and Brock. There is something about all these characters that I love. Of course, the storyline doesn’t hurt either. Heidi Rucker has worked for Eva and Mona at Investigative Services for some time. However, with things changing and someone after her friends, she goes and helps Alaskan Security. Little did she know she was going to find a super hunk and have him deny her repeatedly. However, Heidi doesn’t know when to quit and has no plans to back down from getting Shawn. Shawn Greer was destroyed by the last woman he dated, and while Heidi intrigues him, he also can’t let himself slip. He hopes if he does fall that he may be able to recover. I love this book and was able to get so many answers to the pile of questions that were stacking up. Heidi is something else, and I completely understand the love for joggers! Though I would make a horrible hacker. Shawn is a hunk of burning love, and he can boss me around anytime he wants. I don’t think I would call him Kitten, but maybe something else. I highly recommend you read this book; however, you will need to read them in order. This book is not standalone, and you will be confused if you haven’t read the others.

Opposites
Shawn and Heidi are great together. I loved their dialogue, chemistry and backstories. The new information about Ghost and Zeke and the hackers in the pursuit of who is going after the company was interesting and fast paced. Overall a good series and engaging read.

Shawn and Heidi
I loved this one! Heidi has chased Shawn since she first set eyes on him and Shawn has run as fast as he can to avoid Heidi. We’ll Shawn stumbles and Heidi pounces and is very surprised at the dominant kinky man she is faced with. There is danger everywhere and no one knows who they can trust. We’ll the girl squad knows they are trustworthy and their men but the rest is up for grab. This book is action packed, suspenseful and super steamy and hard to put down. I’m loving this series!

Thank God
Jemma promised that this book would be the end of the lead up. The overarching mystery is supposed to be solved with the next book. But, that doesn’t really tell you about this book. I gotta say I found Heidi so much more likable than the two previous heroines (Eva and Harlow). And the heat level of this book was the highest so far. Shawn was difficult but he didn’t sink to douchery level (yeah, I made up a word but you knew what I meant). It’s as action-packed as the previous books but because some answers are hinted at and a tiny sliver of them are provided, I’m excited about the next story rather than annoyed, which was how I felt after book 3. She gave me enough to keep reading.

I LOVE THIS SERIES!!
Every book keeps getting better and better! Captain and Kitten are awesome! Heidi is off the charts high strung while Shawn is all rigid and OCD but the pair of them are perfection together! But man am I really starting to love me some Zeke!

Solid 3.5 Stars - On the fence with this one…
I liked this one but didn’t love it. The plot felt stagnant and repetitive through most of the middle, not really moving forward, and I ended up taking several breaks. The last 40 pages were quite honestly the best of the entire book and is what will keep me moving onto the next one. I really wish Zeke had his own book, redemption arcs are my all time favorites, and would love to know more about him. We finally get a glimpse of Dutch back behind the computer screen in the end which was welcome, I’m hoping the next book showcases more action and interactions between the guys. Nothing more has been said about Micah/Misha (can’t remember exact name); he was the only other Alpha member they found additional unlisted info on, had connections to the member that went after Harlow, and additional talents for stealth in the field. Red flag or not, did we forget about him? Admittedly, I wasn’t a huge fan of Heidi to begin with because she gives off immature teenager vibes, especially in the beginning, but her personality towards the end showed some growth with slightly more maturity or at least somewhat more adult like qualities which made the storyline more palatable. Shawn really took the spotlight for me between the two, his dominant bedroom manner was perfect for his need to be in control. The demons he faced within himself I could 100% relate to. I feel like there was more to the story of an incident that occurred in the past that all the guys knew about but we aren’t given any details and it’s kept very surface level. I really wanted to dig deeper on that or at least see the guys rally around him more to be a support for him besides the single “intervention” that really didn’t do anything because he ran out. I think of few heart to heart and tactical/action moments between the guys would have kept the storyline balanced and fresh. I feel like the spotlight is becoming too focused on the girls. I wonder if Shawn knows Heidi wants several children, I feel like being a dad would cause havoc on his organizational traits/tendencies. Or maybe it’s exactly what he needs to learn to let loose lol. Seems like the skill sets of characters in their own books or earlier books are toned down in subsequent books so other characters can be brought forward. I wish skills were shown more consistently throughout the series. Bess came off as a master puzzle solver and connection maker but now that she’s back we have really yet to see her shine. And she really hasn’t had much interaction with the group. The dynamic between the girls doesn’t seem solidly structured yet as to exactly which component everyone brings to the table. And randomly, I wonder what Wade’s mom is doing while all this is going down?

So much fun!
This book was spicier than the previous books of the series but holy Toledo the story is something else! This book has such a great story line it almost eclipses the spice, and that is saying something since I am a “the more spice the better” kind of girl. This story is amazing though! There are cliff hangers galore in the first several books but the author note on this one says cliffhangers end with the next book as the back story gets resolved. Future books will have a more stand alone feel. That is a good thing for me as I am not usually a cliffhanger person. Heidi and Shawn are INTENSE and the reasons for it are ones that will leave you feeling intense feelings for them. Their journey to love is a rocky one filled with a lot of Against-the-wall resolutions. This story got me. Had me up late wanting more and sleeping little because I wanted to get back to the story. This is by far the best story of the series so far! I can’t wait for the next book! Happy Reading my Friends!

An addictive Alaskan Security-Team Rogue novel
Alaskan Security Team Rogue Shawn and Heidi - opposites attract! Organised against disorganised! Dedicated and focused against an unruly and unpredictable. Such a sizzling attraction between them but passions aside, this is a fast, action packed story, that answers many of the storylines from the previous book but still leaves you needing answers which lead us towards the next book due December. Lots of surprises and learning curves along the way but working together with the team brings them closer to their enemies. Our author is very skilled at mixing work and play into the storyline... a compulsive read.... Once again Jemma Westbrook aka Janice Whiteaker has put together a brilliant book allowing for the security team to find out what's been happening to them and a possible why. A must read if you're addicted to this series, like me.

Book 4 of Alaskan Security was just as HOT as the first 3. Cannot wait to read about Pierce in book 5.

Yummy
I’m not a fan of Dom/sub play or push pull relationship stuff, but I am a fan of this book, so many things that normally turn me off in a book has the complete opposite affect in this one. The reason is Heidi, she’s so out there, so completely real and doesn’t let anything or anyone dim her glorious light even a little that I can completely understand Shawn’s dilemma, and I love that Heidi gets him too. I really can’t wait for the next one!

Loving the Alaskan Security men!
This series just keeps me wanting more. I’m really enjoying how each character gets their own turn, but the story in the background (which really isn’t all that far into the background) carries really well through each book. You probably could read one in the middle and get by, but it will be so much more enjoyable to start from the beginning of the series. Heidi is a whirlwind - and just a tad batty. But lovably so. Shawn is Mr Straight&narrow & doesn’t know how to deal with her. But once they find their mojo, they’re great together.

The best yet
I've enjoyed this book the most out of all of them as the characters were different to the others, which shared similarities with each other
