Interesting candy
This candy is different. In a good way. The combination of mildly sweet milky flavor and gentle cooling mint is understated but refreshing. This is not a candy that would fill your mouth with a rich, satisfying sensory high. Rather than flooding your taste buds, it drizzles on them. The ingredient list starts with "reduction glucose syrup", which, I believe, could be sorbitol, perhaps other sugar alcohols. It also lists xylitol and sorbitol itself later on. There is palm oil and "herb extract." The milky flavor is artificial, although milk (and soy) are listed in the allergy disclaimer. There is no sugar, so it should be diabetics-friendly. About 7 calories per candy.

and they were the favorite with a very interesting combination of mint and cream ...
Got this in a goody bag, and they were the favorite with a very interesting combination of mint and cream or butter flavor.

I used them for my throat and congestion when I had a very bad cold like a lozenge
I had these in Japan and looked for them online for years!! I used them for my throat and congestion when I had a very bad cold like a lozenge, even though they are billed as candy. I hoarded what little I had left after I got home, for future colds! The are a really different..sort of coconutty flavor but almost menthol in effect, thought not menthol! Hard to explain but really good and worth paying whatev! They also arrived well-packaged and quickly, although if I recall correctly, they came directly from Japan.

Sweet, milky candy
Strangely delicious. They taste like sweetened condensed milk in a hard candy. There is no mint flavor at all, just milky sweetness, and I found that they gave me some of the satisfaction of having a "treat".
