Review: New unissued Downeast Gen 4 MOLLE Rucksack frame great price! - A new Downeast.com MOLLE Gen 4 ruck frame, in new unissued condition, in DCU Desert Tan. I have found that this frame can be used for at least 3 different rucksacks- The US Army MOLLE II Rifleman ruck, the tried and true ALICE Medium ruck. And with a little Paracord, I have lashed an Austrian Army surplus large "butt-pack" I bought from another online vendor. to this great frame. In effect I can use this frame, using standard MOLLE kidney belt and shoulder pad set, to make at least 3 different backpack setups. I'm sure there are other possibilities. This frame is a Govt.-spec, tested battle-proven design. If you want a tough reliable inexpensive rucksack frame, this is the one. Light for it's strength, and versatile too! Pics are of the Austrian Army pack on this frame, note in one pic the extra room left under the Austrian Army pack on this frame. Very Satisfied customer here!

A new Downeast.com MOLLE Gen 4 ruck frame, in new unissued condition, in DCU Desert Tan. I have found that this frame can be used for at least 3 different rucksacks- The US Army MOLLE II Rifleman ruck, the tried and true ALICE Medium ruck.
