A: Writing while riding probably isn't safe but yeah I suppose she could. #yolo

A: That is tough to determine. I purchased it for my 6 year old and she had to get used to it because it was a little too fast for her at first. She is more comfortable with the speed now. But I really can't speak on what a 12 year old might feel about the speed. I can say that even though my weight is above the weight limit for it, I have ridden it a few times and found the speed to be enough to have fun with it.

**Q: My scooter charger is broken, where should I go to buy a new one?**
A: My original charger was also broken, then I bought asin: B098X4N3ML, can be perfectly replaced, and Amazon delivery is fast.

**Q: is it a twist grip throttle?**
A: A push button. No variable speed. Push the button in, kick off up to speed and it will go.  Let off the button, and the HUB will start slowing it down.

This was a great scooter for my grandson — he absolutely loved the black with green trim! It rides smoothly both indoors and outside, and it's surprisingly quiet. Even with him falling every now and again the scooter still functioned well and is durable as well. It was ready to use right out of the box.
