These are excellent , strong, large ( non wimpy) sized professional dishtowels. They are pure white ( despite what others wrote) with the blue stripe. They wash well. I am a chef and these are about the best on the market, even better than those striped ones sold in mall upscale stores. These offer excellent value... years ago I bought this brand , only the smaller size, and they have held up through countless use and washings and have not torn, frayed, or have holes in them. They look great in the kitchen, clean and professional and absorb very well, and dry quickly. Really, don't waste time and money on another brand.

Just what I wanted: thick, cotton,lint free and ready to soak up liquids quickly and wipe my hands covered in whatever....I ordered some ribbed all cotton towels many years ago and was quite satisfied but could not find them again on amazon.com so I decided to give these a shot....A bit more expensive but for 13 dish towels, I should have enough for at least a year or so, if the hem stitching holds up...There were lots of threads, of course but they laundered just fine and I can recommend them without reservation. IF they fail to perform, I will update my review.

We bought these because most tea towels a never big enough to dry dishes and pots with anymore. These are a really good size and they are thick. My wife washed and dried them according to the directions on the package and they didn't shrink when they came out of the dryer. We are going to order another set of these so we will have plenty. Can't compliment these enough.

Love these towels! Great size. I work with phyllo dough a lot, this towel covers the entire area I need covered. Nice thick towels very absorbent. I ran them through two cycles of bleach and detergent in the washer, no damage. Dryer on high, again no damage. "

These are really great towels -- just as nice, if not nicer, than the expensive Williams-Sonoma towels in my drawer (and are the exact same size). Unlike my expensive towels, these can be bleached. The only downfall to these that I can find is the lack of color choices. These wash beautifully and leave no lint behind on my dishes. I also bought a set of the 14" x 25" Liliane towels and like those as well, but prefer the larger size for most of my kitchen needs.

They have sizing on them when they arrive so they don't work well till you wash them. I like the large size and medium thickness because you can dry a lot and get into smaller places

This size is great. One is big enough to stretch across a hot pot onto both handles, as an insulator. They also absorb well and clean well.

Great size, feel and absorbency. So much for matching colors in the kitchen....being a good product is worth a lot more than pretty.
