As someone new to kava, I purchased this after much research. The concentrates are not really my thing but the medium grind root is amazing! Follow the instructions as labeled and it works well!I took kava capsules two weeks prior to my first attempt so I wouldn't experience the reverse tolerance. Even with doing this the first time was underwhelming. On my second night it worked wonders.

Flavor of the powders is less than desirable to me.
Not a fan of these at all. Tried the packet method and it was very distasteful to me. Kind of like an old sweat sock soaked in water. I know its supposed to be healthy and calming. Not for me however.
