As an appetite suppressant, not impressed.
I've been on a weight loss journey the past two months and have lost around 25 pounds! It has included an extremely restrictive diet and calorie counting. At the beginning of it all I was taking a garcinia supplement which I found to be pretty effective in helping me crush cravings. Once my bottle ran out, I decided to give something else a try and this product had great reviews. Unfortunately, it didn't work for me in the least with appetite suppression and I've been taking it as directed for a couple weeks now. My cravings have been in full force and I'm ready to switch back to garcinia.

Wow! Does what it says it will.
I purchased this to stop frequent eating cravings and it actually works. I had two surgeries for Crohn's last year and lost a lot of weight, but now have gained a lot of it back from frequent snacking throughout the day. Doctors advised that I loose that weight. I head of this and researched. This particular product, Liquid Supps Saffron Extract, has proven to be a great benefit for me. Oh, by the way, great tasting too.

It works pretty good
I purchased this in December of 2015; the product works ok as an appetite suppressant. It is not a "miracle worker" but does help to take away the cravings. The main issue I am having now is that the price had doubled and I'm not sure that it worth it.

Tastes great, just a couple of drops under the tongue and your good to go. I think it takes the edge off a little when your feeling frazzled. They call Saffron the Happy herb..I might even try it in some food items that call for Saffron.

Good product and no side effects.
I bought this to stop cravings, and they have somewhat. Also bought it because I read it helps digestion. So far it is ok. No side effects so that is a plus. I would recommend this product.
