Beautiful, return/exchange easy, Great customer sevice.
This ring is absolutely beautiful. Stunning. And receives many compliments. But after two weeks of wear, a side stone was missing, and then a couple of days later, the center stone came loose. We're in the process of exchanging for an identical ring, and Amazon Customer service has been wonderful about it. Hoping that's a one-off instance and that the replacement will be more firmly constructed, because it truly is a beautiful piece.
