Handy Band 00201 Magnetic Wrist Band

I work as an electrician and you must know: this thing is a complete game changer. I wear it every hour of every day. It has magnets all the way around so I have plenty of space for nuts, screws, staples, 1/4" drill bits, washers, wire nuts or any over moderately sized metal stuffs. At this price it is absolutely worth trying.Here's an example of how I use it: hold something in place with my left hand (the one with the wrist band). Then, unscrew screws using my magnetic drill bit and scrape them onto the wrist band. Then I'll use my right hand to adjust what needs adjusting, then I can actually get the screws BACK ONTO THE END OF MY MAGNETIC DRILL BIT off the wrist band so I can screw them back in. My left hand never moves. I only touch the screws using my drill.The amount of magnetization is perfect. The magnets are weak enough that my wrist never gets stuck on any surfaces, but strong enough that I literally have to shake my wrist as hard as I can to make something fall off. For the work that I do this thing is perfect.It's enormously convenient to have screws, wire nuts etc. at your wrist instead of your mouth. You can hold a lot more on this thing than in your mouth, you don't have to worry about accidentally dropping it and - let's be honest - some of that stuff you just don't want to put in your mouth. Go one day without it and you notice a BIG difference.It is a little difficult to put on, but if you wear it all day, every day like me, it's a minor inconvenience I don't even think about. I've had it about 1 or 2 months and have been in crawlspaces and attics and haven't noticed any durability problems.At work there are only 2 things I will immediately go to my car if I realize I don't have with me. #1 is my safety goggles. #2 is this wrist band.

This product really sped up my working style. It is extremely handy to have all the hardware I am working right there on my left wrist. It holds a lot and that means fewer trips to reload. It is comfortable, stays in place, and is one of the better of such product I have come across.I would definitely recommend it.

I purchased this to speed up the nailing process for a shed I was shingling. Instead of dipping into a pouch or reaching for a box I'd load up this band with about 30 nails and hammer uninterrupted then reload. It worked perfectly with only a few dropped nails while hammering down many hundreds of them.It's a bit fiddly to get on between the elastic and the velcro, and I imagine the velcro band will be the weak point. If you have a project coming up that's going to require hundreds of nails or screws, this unit will greatly speed things up.

Just got this in the mail. And tried unload alot of screw,nuts,connectors on it. And it works great. It has alot of strong magnets. Kindah different style of strap. But I'm liking it right out of the box.. it looks alot better then the more expensive one. So if your looking for something like this. I would recommend this one. Alot more for your money. Awesome product

Good product only problem is that it does pinch the skin once in a while if you are not careful. Also the magnets are so-so in that it does hold screws, nails, and washers, but if you don't have great contact on the band it can fall off pretty easy as I found out while replacing nails outside on the fence.

I got this for my husband and he laughed when he saw the package because it looks like a tool you use to run across the floor and pick up random screws and nuts. However, when he tried it for a project, he really liked it. He put the screws he needed for the project on the band and they were very handy - he was able to grab them from his wrist instead of having them in his pocket or setting them down somewhere inconvenient.

it is so bad. wast money.

Strong magnet but it is not easy to wrap around the wrist . It would be better if make them with an inch more Velcro. I am going to return it.
