Sad. I was pretty excited. Let down.
Beware as it has a serious Jalapeño bite to it. It's hard to go wrong with Hickory Farms but it seems a bit mushy to me and plastic tasting. I will be returning it

Excellent Cheese!
We buy this cheese over and over again - excellent with whole grain club crackers and/or white merlot wine! Hot enough but not so hot there is no flavor to be tasted.
