Couldn't be more pleased with their customer service and of the quality of the replacements (pictured). . . I ordered these on 6/6/2025, got them like a week later, absolutely loved them. They were perfect for my room, lighting it up beautifully and just enough. They were perfect, until recently (1/18/2026). Out of no where I am not able to turn them on. The receiver on the wall plug in lights up showing it's receiving power, so I have no idea why they won't turn on. I changed the battery in the remote, so maybe the remote is broken? The button on the plug in part does nothing besides set up the timer.
