Doesn't keep it cold just really a waterproof bag I can put my stuff in with an ice pack.

I already know Neoprene is a good insulator because it's packed with nitrogen bubbles and bubbles of gas insulate extremely well. Instead I'll focus on the product. I received this product at a discount in exchange for an honest and unbiased review which is what follows.The packaging is very simple. The bag arrived with a small tag around the handles which I've included a picture of. It was easy to remove and was not stapled or attached to the bag. Rather it was attached to itself. The stitching looks good, there are no loose threads or excess material. Very clean job. The zipper is quality and doesn't feel cheap like some zippers on the market. Overall it's a quality made product which presents nicely.Areas for improvement to make this item even better would be double stitching (might not need it but more is always good). Take that giant logo off the side and put it on a small tag. I understand advertising but less is classy and always looks higher end. But those little things didn't stop me from giving it 5 stars.

I still have this two years later. Machine washable but I air-dry it. Starting to sag a bit but otherwise fine.
