These knives are great, they stay very sharp.

great Knives, we use them all the time and they stay sharp.

My mother and I have used these for years, and every year she comes over and sharpens mine for me. :0) They seem to stand up well in the dishwasher, although I tend to hand wash my sharp knives. Out of about 5 paring knives, this is the one we go to first.

We have 12 of these. Sharp and durable. Most importantly the white resin handle does not stain. LOVE these knives.

Nice and sharp and easy to sharpen. Handles stain easily, but that's not a big deal in our house.
