Absolutely love it. The warm feature is also such a nice bonus. The voice activation isn’t too bad when by yourself, but can pause a bit if having conversation and you say once of the pause commands.This thing is heavy and durable. Very well built and nice looking enough to leave in front of my couch.I’ve been using this for a couple of months now and it helped ease my pain behind my left knee. It’s almost completely gone and only comes around if I do toooo much. I think it was just a strain so maybe it comes back if I strain it again (I drive A LOT).I’m going to do a full review on YT.I had a cheap offbrand one for a few months and gifted that one to my mom because it was a oscillating machine and I wanted a vertical machine instead because I wanted mine to be more of a therapy than a workout feeling. I think you can get both with this kind, but I’m pretty sure vertical machines are the original kind of vibration plates.Just buy it.

This vibration plate is very sturdy easy to use and can also be voice activated. Comes with a little remote you could also use. I must say I have it a short time but have been doing it every day and I love it.

The is actually bigger than what I thought, but it is also very easy for storage. It can fit under most sofas, a bed and I already have three of the Life Pro platesso I’m very pleased with respect to that. It is Thermo especially during the winter and even when it’s not winter I just think overall it’s a great plate and it help with overall health and feels good with swollen feet it actually decrease inflammation ,if you need massage like a warm massage on my other life Pro plate I wish they have Thermo I would go barefoot but this one I can go barefoot or socks either way it feels good. I did not buy it for myself. I bought it for a gift for my wife and she is very satisfied at first she said it was a scam at first glance now we’re a week in and she’s loving it. Let not forget the AI is a game changer voice control, heat function hallelujah!!!

Zero stars because this does not work. It was delivered to me without a remote. Note a good product.

Been using this for a while. Item is voice activated and is in constant state of idle and listening it has a long range of listening im 50 ft away and it talks when it hears a possble command. Kind of annoying. The watch control part does not sync or activate the plate as instructed by manufacturer. If you do not speak clearly from the list of prompts nothing will happen. You will have to speak loudly and distinctly to activate

This helps not only with lymphatic drainage but I have noticed that it really helps with dealing with anxiety. If I am feeling anxious, I will spend just a short amount of time on the vibration plate and it helps to reset and relax me. Very happy with my purchase.
