These calcium gummies come in portions of 250 mg, which is about the amount of calcium that your body can absorb at a time, anyway. So I spread out taking these during the day, which is easy to do because they have a good flavor and toothsome texture. I also eat the calcium-enriched chocolates, but sometimes I want something different, which is where these come in. Also, I have almost finished my jar, which has been open for about six months now, but they gummies are just as good as they were when I first opened the jar - they don't seem to have stiffened, which I noticed would happen with another brand of calcium gummies. I highly recommend!

Sugar free calcium is hard to find and these do the job. They are a lot firmer than other gummy-type vitamins, so I take these first. They taste ok, and I save a lot of carbs!

Taste is great, and the sugar content is good compared to other gummies on the market. I would have given five stars but I have questions about the serving size of two gummies (250 mg) providing 200% of required calcium. I have questioned the seller on this. Based on the answer I may not order these vitamins again. I will update my review after I receive a response.

This hit all the criteria that I was searching for, it's a good vitamin. The taste and texture are hard to get around. They are pretty horrible, the texture is not a real gummy very waxy, and the taste is very comparable to the sent of lemon pledge. The aftertaste is that of dish soap. It'll be hard to get through the bottle.

I know taste is subjective but my 7 yo thought they were disgusting. As a parent, we all know kids can be difficult, so I tried one. They taste terrible.

These are very easy for our 2.5 year old to take. I cut them in half for him. One gummy has 100% of the calcium he needs in a day. I could not find any other chewable vitamin that could fulfill his calcium needs with just one gummy per day. Great product! They taste fine to me (and to him) and go down easily.
