This is a full, new construction installation set, for the complete shower system. It is perfectly made, with the best quality components. I can easily see this system going into the finest newly constructed custom homes. The mixer is solid brass with polished ball valves in durable nylon seats, tabbed for simple installation. The mounting hardware for the mixer valve is included. Here's something you don't see every day... Each of the finely finished brushed stainless steel finish fixture components are individually packaged in their own bag, to prevent scratches or damage. They even include a pair of white cotton gloves for installing the finish components!!! And (this part I really like) the flow restrictor is included, but NOT already installed. We don't need the restrictor at our house and I'm glad that I didn't have to try to dig it out of the mixer valve. For my purposes, I really only needed the dual shower head assembly. But, the price on this kit was so good, I was happy to get it. The 6 way adjustable heads give me and my wife exactly what we need, from a gentle mist, to a full spray, to a full on deep penetrating massage. This is the most luxurious way to shower. Great purchase. Five stars.

This was the exact color and combination that I was looking for my bathroom shower. It was easy to install and works great. I like that I can use the hand held sprayer or just stand under the shower head. The quality is good. The only complaint my husband had in the installation was how the mount was done. Otherwise, we are pleased and feel it deserves 5 stars for the price.

I was quite excited by the arrival of this lovely shower assembly. We did a major bathroom renovation, and the new shower was a key part of the revised plan. However, the first time it was turned on, the shower extension arm leaked from the joint in the wall. Even with the shower valve open, it leaked. Badly. Maybe Teflon tape was not strong enough. We tried a joint sealing compound. After 24 hours waiting for the sealant to dry, it leaked just as profusely. Two more days gone. We retrieved the original pipe and, just screwing it in hand tight, it did not leak. So we put the Teflon tape on that, reassembled the head, and I am looking forward to actually evaluating the shower tonight. I hope it is as good as everyone else says. But the shower extension arm, as delivered, even with its white gloves and super sturdy valve, was defective. I cannot see why this leaked. And cannot imagine why a brand new threaded male pipe installed in a brand new threaded female connector would leak. After all, they’ve been assembling pipe this way for a very long time. But leak it did. Lost a few days trying to figure it out. And now have my old, scratched up, shower extension arm protruding from the wall. UPDATE: I contacted the manufacturer and received a new pipe. And it worked. Quick, intelligent response. Now we love it.

We are building our home and after searching endlessly online with hit n miss reviews and products, we were thrilled to find this and bought three of them for our showers. Super impressed by the thorough packaging, which even included white gloves. Not a bunch of plastic components, all quality. Sure beats standard plumbing store builder grade! Excellent value too. I’ll try to remember some “after install” photos and feedback on the pressure. Update: we have had one installed for two years and just finished our second bathroom and installed the next one. Still like this shower head —-BUT marking down one star because look at this ugly gray diverter handle - bought the dark metal and have this ugly gray plastic handle. I show it clearly in photos and video.

This is a really nice set. It comes with everything including the plumbing hardware that goes in the wall. he will have to take out your old plumbing hardware and replace it with in this one in order for the handle and handle plate to mount up to the wall. A showerhead and handheld shower wand are huge upgrade over what we had. Lots of water output selections on both of them. The brushed nickel finish on all of the pieces is top notch. I knew that this was a very high-end system once I open the box and saw it was packed inside. Talk about attention to detail and packing everything. they went to great lengths to make sure that everything is protected and the finish doesn't get scratched. This is a very high-end shower system that you can expect to pay 200 plus dollars if it were a name brand like Moen. This replaces an old Moen set up that is seen better days and is 15 years old. I definitely recommend this sat and so glad that I gave it a shot.

I’m very happy with this SR SUN RISE shower system. It looks beautiful and modern, and the water pressure is great. I love having both the rainfall shower head and the handheld shower. It feels sturdy and well made, and it gave my bathroom a nice upgrade. Great quality for the price!

Kept it too long and finally installed, marble tiled over it! DOES NOT WORK, IT DRIZZLES!! Will have to tear out a wall to remove and replace this garbage! DON'T make the mistake of getting this!!

Unit was carefully packaged with each component in a cloth bag and custom foam package to protect during shipping. It has a nice dull black powder coat finish. I replaced an old Delta unit and the length of this was just barely sufficient in these 80 year old walls with real 2"x4" framing and plaster instead of the more modern 2 x 4s and drywall. Flow adjustments are great and I did not use the restrictor supplied so there is great water flow. Also, the handheld and fixed sprayer have the same settings and either can be turned on or off if desired. Overall, a quality product at a good price.

I absolutely love my new shower head. I have alot of experience in building maintenance and this is a quality unit. It also is water saving compared to my old unit.

I’m leery about purchasing unknown brands and especially bathroom items from Amazon! Having said that, this product is worth every penny. It’s sturdy, looks great and functions as advertised. If I have one wish, it is that the cold/hot plate show the indicator at 180 degree or the half way mark. This shows it at 1/4 mark and the position is a little weird.
