The grinders themselves are fine! They work well and are not too noisy in operation. The let down is the stand/carrier! It is too big in diameter to hold the grinders tight, so they fall out. The handle is to short, and as it is between the two grinders, difficult to actually touch, let alone hold. Grinders good! Stand hopeless!

They grind really well, but to replace the the batteries you need to twist the cap at the top of the grinders. On doing this on one of the grinders, the metal case of cap twisted off. The metal case appears to be glued onto the cap, and in this case the glue was not strong enough..

One of the grinders doesn’t work at all and for the money we haven’t even got given battery’s, i would like to get a replacement or refund ? The grinders motor doesn’t have enough power to grind the pepper

Struggled with rock salt very flimsy and salt pot just broken, battery lid won't stay attached. For the money looked good but poor performance.

Love the quality of this set. Six AAA batteries per unit add to the weight somewhat and the base is useful to pass them down the table and also to catch the excess salt which seems to shake out after use. Easy to use with one hand which is useful when you are not an octopus and already holding a plate.... which happens occasionally when not at the table. Years of cheapo items lasting about as long as a ham sandwich have conditioned one to appreciate these items Well recommended. Until now, less than one year later and the pepper pot has stopped working properly. Plenty of life n the battery, motor is fine, but the grinder will not grind pepper and just makes a loud noise! Very disappointing!
