I recently gave negative feedback on item because I was not pleased with the packaging. Today I received a random package in the mail with 2 bottles of HF37. One bottle was a replacement bottle and the other was an add on due to my inconvenience. There was also an apology note. Thats what I call great customer service. Thank you very much. Now as for the product, I have been using the same product from the same seller (my sister gave me one of her bottles). I've only been using them for about 2.5 weeks and Im very pleased with the results (yes I can see results already.) I am African American and my hair usually grows really slow. I purchased these vitamins because my hairline and edges were balding (my edges were shiny bald no hair at all, not even peach fuzz). I also wanted to try these because I wanted to share my HF37 journey on youtube because there are not many reviews on these vitamins by black women. Now edges are filling in thickly. The crazy part about it is that I haven't been able to grow my edges in the past 6 years. My hair grows fine in the top and back but my edges just wouldn't grow. I even considered hair replacement surgery. I experienced fast results with these vitamins and I will continue taking them for a few more months. I drink lots of water and I haven't experienced any breakouts or negative side effects. I have been recording my results weekly and I plan on sharing my HF37 hair growth journey on youtube. I cut most of my hair off and now its about an inch long with thinning edges, and I will post another amazon review in a month with before/after pictures.

I've just started using it. It's hard to tell if it's the vitamins or my hair growing on its own.

Ok ,I've been using it for 3 and a half weeks.I notice my nails started growing after the 2ND week then my hair after 3 weeks, I'm African american,tried many many products but I think this is the one.My hair is thicker,it's not longer yet but very very very healthy as opposed to what it look like a month ago.Its working for me and I brought some for my daughter since her biotin products aren't working for her..love this product.

I used this product for 30 days it really did work! My hair grew an inch and a half. The only thing that I didn't like was it made my skin so oily and it made me break out everywhere! But it did work for what it was suppose to! Very happy.

Yes all the hair formula 37 vitamins work especially the advanced formula I'm taking that now u can feel it working your scalp itches n u feel the tightness I used the old formula before this new advanced and I must say herbal or advanced it works I achieved more hair growth in 6 months than I have without these pills in a year yes it does work
