It came quickly and the seller put the heart in the right location of where I wanted it. But I did not realize how big the necklace was going to be (it does say so in the information section of the size, I just didn't read it), and it isn't the same state of VA as in the picture. The state of VA is shaped correctly in the picture online, but the one I was sent has a long and pointy end to it. It still looks very close to the shape of VA though. I'm actually planning on getting a longer chain for it to use as a fashion necklace since larger medallions, such as this necklace, usually look better on long chains.
