I bought this for my parent's house as they regularly have an insect problem since they tend to leave food/fruit out longer than they should. Since plugging this in, I have noticed ants crawling around within less than 15 feet of the unit, so I'm not convinced that it's doing much. May return.

This is the most useful thing I've ever purchased from Amazon!I've never used a product like this before, and I was very skeptical when purchased it. However, during the summer months, my apartment gets a ton of spiders and webs outside of our front door. And they're pretty mean looking spiders. I purchased this looking for a safe way to drive them away, as we share a landing with neighbors who have small children.We plugged this device into an outlet next to our front door, and then killed all the spiders that were currently outside our front door and took down the webs. That was months ago, and not a single new web has appeared outside our front door! While we still find an occasional spider inside the house, there are way less than before.No more ducking under spiderwebs to get into our apartment! Thank you, Trapest!

I don't know if this works or not. I have seen mice since installing it, but minimal. My tenants have two in their living room and had no success with this. It is tough to know if it really works, but worth having just in case it does have an effect.

Phobic? No bugs, no mice, nothing. Can't hear the high pitched sound. This silly thing works.

The worst!! Technically confusing smh. I taught this product was to keep insects away, but this thing is such a lie for your money, this device brings insects in your house and makes your place of comfort more infested.I think everyone who bought this stupid devise should get a full refund for.LIES!!

Completely useless... Mice keep coming, they walk underneath it, apparently undisturbed. A WASTE OF MONEY!

They seem to be working. Every now and then a very small sign of "Mr. Mouse" appears, however, overall the mouse infestation has been solved with these devices.
