Am new to this cooling method, and are good in quality.
Well, i used ghem in my laptop and they were easy to setup.I think everyone should use them.Better to have something then nothing.Used them on ssd, ram and also applied on heat pipes of laptop just for fun.Didn't felt cheap.Stickyness is still goood. Now the effect on heat!!I dont know. I didn't check but i do believe they work really good as they were cool to touch while installing.

Quality and Uses.
Good for V-RAM, VRM and other Power ICs on a PC, provide good cooling effect.

So far seems to be working well.
I used it for my GPU with MX-6 thermal paste and so far it seems to be keep my hotspot temps in control. If you are worried about the quality you can look into other brands but if need something under budget then you can go for these.

Good enough
Decent enough. Nothing Outstanding or amazing but does the job.

Does the job but hard to apply.
Its effective and does the job for its cost, but the application process was very tedious. The adhesive is near to non existant. You have to cut multiple pieces to the correct size before one of them turns out to be adhesive. And dont even ask me about the mess it makes while cutting. The amount of plastic I had to carefully collect was just very tedious.I wish there was some other thermal pad as cheap and effective as this but there isn't any available near me.Its compatible if you have the skill and patience, but be ready to waste a lot of pads before finding the one with adhesive on it.The thermal performance is as expected. If possible try to increase budget and buy from Grizly or other valuable brands.

Works for replacing thermal pads in gaming laptop
Quantity seems to be less for the price we are paying. The size is very small. The default thermal pads in gaming laptops are of much better quality than this one. So, I was not confident in replacing all of them.I used it for few damaged thermal pads in my HP Omen 15 gaming laptop.Overall okay since there aren't much other options.

WARNING
the packaging wasnt even a sealed, it was just there in a bag, and the pads quality is extremely bad, what are they taking 600 rs for? i paid 671rs for these and it seems like its not even a 5rs thing. The result i got was WORSE, the temps are even higher, and these pads are brittle and they BREAK if u want to remove them like biscuits lol. The adhesive is also bad, buy smthng else

Effective Thermal Pad Replacement: Idle 32–35°C, Load 70–75°C
The pink thermal pad in the second image is about 4 years old. In the first image, you can see the new blue thermal pads we recently bought for the GPU and some VRMs. We've replaced the old pink pad with these new ones. I also kept a few extra pads aside for the RAM and SSD.Temperature performance has been excellent. At idle, the system runs between 32–35°C, and under load, it reaches a maximum of around 70–75°C, depending on the application. For the best thermal performance, I also recommend using a good quality thermal paste in combination with these pads.- Munna, Duelisto
