Finally a turmeric K-cup tea! More and more scientific studies are coming out proving the health benefits of turmeric: anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, boosting brain-derived neurotrophic factor etc.Cardamom is not as well studied by science but has been used in ancient Ayurvedic medications for millennia and adds flavor to anything.This tea goes best with milk and mild sweetener or honey. Mixing it with lemon and honey is an alternative, although not as delicious as with milk/creamer.As priced now, at $1.14 per cup, it is expensive but fairly tasteful and beneficial to the health.

My second order. Just delicious with a bit of a bite at the back of the tongue. I just wish they would consider teabags as I like to enjoy a larger cup. These pods are pricey and taste best with no more than 10 ounces of water. At over a dollar a pod, this is a once-a-day treat.

If you like Chai Tea or Chai Latte, you should give this a try. I use one k-cup on the smallest setting my Keurig will do. Then I add some raw sugar and fill my mug the rest of the way with milk,My husband did not like this at all, and he usually will drink any tea. I really dislike tea, but I do like the spice of a chai latte. And I do like the flavor of this Turmeric tea made into a latte. But, honestly I like Chai better.

I love this tea! It steeps wonderfully and taste great. For years I have been making my Golden Tea with almond milk, organic ginger, turmeric root and honey. It was tedious at times to prepare because my knees in particularly ache so bad that I had to do something. Now my nights are easier; I just grab my favorite mug, steep, and forget about the stain it leaves and be truly grateful for the pain free sleep I get!!

Tastes quite good. A nice spicy kick to it due to black pepper. After brewing, Don't forget to remove k-cup and run 4oz of water without any k-cup... clears turmeric residue left!

Bright orange tea looks like mango juice or something. Has a bite to it. Tastes pretty bad, honestly. 4 star review because it is what I ordered, and I do think it's healthy for me.

Didn't like it because the powdered root floats on the top and there's little flavor.

Love love love this tea! It's not too strong. You can taste the pepper in the background. It's perfect.
