ECHZOVE Protective Case for Nintendo Switch Lite, Hard Clear Case for Nintendo Switch Lite not Fit with Skins - Turquoise

I bought this back in May of 2020 and I'm only now (January 2024) replacing it. This is a hard case that snaps together and one of the snaps finally broke. The price is great and I got a ton of use out of it. Highly recommended!

I read the reviews about the clips failing or it being very difficult to open once it is on. I figured that amount of other positive review outweighed those and I am glad I did. The case has been great. Very sturdy and comfortable to hold. It is difficult to get off, but that’s a good thing! The switch can’t move around or pop out after an impact. I did need to take it off once in order to add a tempered glass protector, but the clips didn’t break and they went back together after the screen protector was on. We have been very satisfied.

I got my switch lite at the beginning of April to play ACNH like every other person stuck in quarantine. Up until now, my switch has had nothing protective on it; no case, no screen protector, not even any decorative accessories (skins, thumb grips, or one of those weird keychains you place in the audio jack). I've dropped it once or twice, and there are only two super small and almost unnoticeable dents, so I decided to get this clear case. I also decided to get a skin and some thumb grips. This case came before my skin did, so I put it on before just to test how it fit. I do this with most cases I get, so I didn't think it would be a problem. WRONG. I realized my mistake immediately. It was IMPOSSIBLE to get off! I suppose this would be a good thing if you're looking for something that won't pop off, though. It took me almost 45 minutes to get it off. 6 broken nails and one slice under my thumb nail later, I successfully got it off without breaking or cracking the plastic. If this happens: there are little lines coming off the clips, and you need to put your nail between them and pull back with the lines. It will unclip that one portion. Then you need to do it for the rest of them, or enough to where you can pop it off. It's hard as hell though, so slot some time for it because you'll be at it for a while. Otherwise, here's a tip if you're getting this just to make your skin last longer: DON'T TEST IT FIRST. Clean your switch and apply all accessories BEFORE you apply this case. Besides that, this seems like it would protect a skin and some minor drops, but not much for big drops. I would recommend getting one of those travel zipper cases with the game card slots (I hope you know what that is) for storage and travel.

Perfectly fits my Switch Lite. Plastic quality is great and snaps on without issue. I even have a screen protector applied. Makes my Lite look clean and provides a good grip.

Feels really good in the hands, feels sturdily too, fits pretty tight, no wiggle room at all,, but sadly did not hold up as I expected. I recently dropped it, on accident, I dont really know how it slipped out of my hand but it came off pretty easily when dropped. It broke one of the hooks on the side (in pics). I am pretty bummed because it will not close all the way, and I thought it would be sturdier. In the pictures you can tell which one broke. Might have to get a different case. Update: Broke some more, super sad. Gotta for sure buy a new case.

Love this case! It’s easy to put on, very sleek, and fits the switch lite perfectly. I don’t like that it’s not super to take it off but we don’t find ourselves taking it off that much. We try to take it off to wipe off the little pieces of dust, etc. that gets under the case.

Let me preface this by saying that I have a decal on my switch lite. However, that shouldn’t have any effect on the fit of this case. I bought this to protect my decal & switch. I have been trying for 30 minutes to put this darn thing on. All to no avail. One side snaps shut, I move to the opposite side and right when it’s about to snap shut, the previous side pops open. It’s like an infuriating game of whack-a-mole. My finger pads are now red and sore from pressing so hard for so long. I didn’t expect stellar quality for the price I paid, but I did expect it to fit. There is no way a decal has altered the size this much. This case also feels cheap and poorly made, and I wouldn’t trust it to protect my switch even if it did fit.

Fits Switch Lite perfectly, super easy to click together. While it isn't something everyone should buy for their switch lite, it does protect it very well if you are clumsy like me, and it adds some more personality to it.

It fits well, but it is a little finicky to get all the pieces to click. Feels like the snaps would be easy to break.
