Washing and ironing very good

Writing on duvet cover
I washed the duvet set before using it for the first time but upon ironing it found the letters B and A scrawled on it. They are around 3” x 1”. As it had only been in the washing machine and then hung on the washing line it must have arrived in that condition! Please let me know your opinion and what you would advise. Thank you S Medwell

got the item very fast and at a great price.. but found it to be very thin and not good quailty ...Not worth the RRP of £70.00. If i had paid the full then i would of sent it back
