Keep on Kovers Z cleat cover for Speedplay zero or Light Action Cleats (Cleats in the photo is sold seperately)

Would have given this a 5-star review but I lost one while riding and had to order a replacement. I have since applied a small dab of low-strength loctite to the covers and haven't had any problems since. They should still be fairly easy to remove if I ever need to do so. They definitely make walking much easier and enjoyable.

These really do keep the Speedplay cleat surfaces clean and free from the wear of walking. Only two draw backs, they can come loose and fall off without your noticing it you catch the edge on a pedal when unclipping. Also, it is an extra stretch when putting on your toe warmers.

I returned these without opening. They are HUGE and look very clunky. If you want to talk with your Speedplays, get the Frog pedals with MTB shoes and walk. By the time you got the zero cleats, these covers on your shoes, you are carrying as much weight as the Frog+MTB shoes and still trading convenience.

The biggest complaint i have about speedplays are that you wear down the cleats quickly. My last pair were worn down so badly that I needed to cut the plate off because the screws were so badly shredded. These covers should COME with speedplays -- they protect the mechanics and do not cause any issues as far as locking in or unlocking from the cleat. They provide coffee shop owners a level of calm because their hardwood floors aren't being destroyed and allows you a level of comfort in the fact that you wont slip down a flight of stairs.I would highly recommend these... even at 50% the cost of new cleats, the benefits heavily outweigh the cost.

They do add additional height to the cleat which is noticeable when walking in your shoes, but these are cycling shoes, and the Speedplays cleats are already huge, so what's an extra couple of millimeters lift...it's not like you notice while you are riding.

Works good on Zero cleats, not so well on "X" cleats as they tend to fall off

Complete waste of money!Such easy removal they fell off my first ride with them and now they are lost somewhere on the road.I had made sure they were nicely secured before I set out but at some point disengaging from my pedals must have caused them to pop off and I didn't notice as I continued biking on busy roadways. I was quite annoyed when I discovered that both were gone.

No need to remember to grab your covers the next time you go for a ride, with these you are already good to go. I don't notice any issue with clipping in or out with these on top of my cleats. These allow me to walk to my office without having to change shoes or wear out my cleats. I love them. The only complaint I have is that they are a bit prone to falling off as is. I put a bit of rubber cement, and I mean just a bit, to keep them stuck to the cleats. No worries!
